Cookies and tracking tools

This site does not use profiling, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of any kind, neither its own nor third-party. There are not even technical cookies, since the site does not need them to work: fonts, images and scripts are hosted directly on our server, with no requests to external services that could install cookies on your device. Consequently no cookie consent banner is required.

Data collected while browsing the site

We do not collect personal data during simple browsing. Our hosting provider automatically records, for technical and security purposes, the standard server access logs (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page requested), as happens on any website: we do not cross-reference this data with the identity of the user, and it is kept by the provider for the time technically necessary (legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Booking request

If you fill in the “Book” form, the data you enter (name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, any notes) is sent, through your email program, directly to our email address: it does not pass through or get stored on a server of the site. Links to external services

Some pages contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram, ARPA FVG - OSMER for weather forecasts, turismofvg.it): once you follow a link, browsing and any data collection are governed by the privacy policy of that site, not ours. The weather forecasts shown on the site are retrieved by our server directly from public OSMER data, without any exchange of personal data.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to the processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to amministrazione@larixguest.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
